The plain-words rules for using this website, our free tools and Keybox OS.
1.Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Mor Capital Investments LLC, which operates Keybox OS ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to this website, our free tools, and the Keybox service. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you are using Keybox for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.
2.What Keybox is
Keybox OS is a set of AI systems for Amazon and Shopify sellers. We install it on a server in your own name. It reads your store data each morning, sends you a daily report, answers your questions in plain words, and suggests changes, such as ad bid moves, for you to approve.
3.Your written agreement comes first
The exact work, price, timeline, guarantee and any support plan for your service are set out in your written scope and client agreement. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement wins.
4.Your accounts and your box
- You keep your own accounts with Amazon, Shopify, your hosting provider, your AI provider and any other platform you connect. You are responsible for their fees and for following their rules.
- Your box, your data and your keys belong to you.
- You agree to give us the access we need to set up and support Keybox, and you can remove our access at any time.
- You are responsible for keeping your own logins and devices secure.
5.You approve every change
Keybox suggests. You decide. Nothing changes in your Amazon or other accounts until you press Accept and confirm it. You are responsible for the changes you approve. Keybox shows one Undo for each change, but some platforms may not let every change be reversed in full.
6.No promise of results
Our reports, suggestions, estimates and the numbers on this website, including hours saved, money saved and the Northline Goods demo store, are examples and estimates. They are not a promise of sales, profit, rankings or savings. Your results depend on your products, your market, the platforms and your own decisions. Keybox is not financial, legal or tax advice.
7.Other platforms can change
Keybox depends on outside platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Meta, TikTok Shop, your host and your AI provider. They can change their tools, rules, prices or approvals at any time. We will work to keep Keybox running when they do, but we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
8.Free tools
The FBA Profit Calculator and the AI visibility check are free and provided as they are, for information only. Fees, prices and AI answers change often, so always check the numbers that matter before you rely on them.
9.What we own
You own your data. We own the Keybox software, designs, name and logo. While you are a client, we give you the right to use Keybox for your own business. You may not copy, resell or share Keybox with others.
10.Fair use
Please don't use Keybox or this website to break any law or platform rule, to harm or overload any system, to get into accounts you don't own, or to copy or take apart our software.
11.Confidentiality
We keep your business information private and use it only to serve you. If you see our private methods or materials while working with us, we ask you to keep them private too.
12.Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13.Ending the service
How your service or support plan ends is set out in your client agreement. When it ends, you keep your box and your data, and we remove our access. If these terms are seriously broken, we may stop our support, updates and Keybox Care, and remove our access. Your box and your data stay yours either way.
14.Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If we ever disagree, we will first try to settle it in good faith by talking with you. If that doesn't work, any dispute will be handled in the courts of California.
15.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell our clients by email about important changes.
